A JM day is a JM day and will count with regards to return days/pay. There is some verbage in the contract about returning you at the first opportunity and it not counting towards your yearly limit of 12. Like many things in our contract, it seems you to need a law degree to figure out what it all means or could be interpreted by the companies labor attorneys
