They obviously need the staffing. 10 TDY slots into IAH for December. No way the company pays TDY if they don't really need them.
They are WAY behind the power curve getting people trained into IAH. I understand why they need TDY's for IAH. December staffing shows there are 149 pilots out of a possible 190.
