I got called out at 7:45pm for a 8:10 am show on LC, that only happened to me once in the previous two years. That could be just bad luck. Also, it seems like I get used less on LC than before, but that could be just because we are in a slower season after a long summer. So far I would say its too early to say its better or worse. Vacation on reserve is definitely worse, but then again you do get paid more for it.
