A buddy of mine has been to both OBAP and WIA with numerous internal recs and received a Day 1 invite. Others I know haven't been to any job fairs and just submitted their application and received Day 2 invites.
Would be interesting to know how they decided who would receive a Day 1 vs. Day 2 invite.
