I've been commuting LAX HNL for several years. Don't forget about the freighters. Kalitta pushes at 0230, FDX at around 0430 and ABX is the same as FDX I think. Kind of a hassle to get there (uber) and obviously real early in the morning but usually I'm alone in the back with at worst a futon with fresh bedding in the MD-11 all the way to the bunks in the FDX 777 and the Kalitta Classic. Quiet Dark and horizontal is a nice way to travel.
