However not everyone is looking at just the next 24 months. The reason I left my captain seat at a regional to come to spirit is that after a few years you will make more money and exponentially more every year after that. Even with our garbage contract it still is a financially better bet to leave a regional and come to spirit. Also I'd much rather get stuck here for whatever reason than at a regional. My apps are out at the legacy airlines but at least if I go get violated tonight or screw something up in the sim I'm not dealing with a career at a regional that may or may not be around in 2 years. I'd rather build seniority here than at a regional. But to each their own...
