The fact is that as soon as the relatively quick upgrade ends at C5, so will the growth. Staffing will be the biggest hurdle for management. And not just due to an inability to hire, but because attrition will really begin taking its toll on many regionals (including C5) starting next year. I'm not saying the airline will stagnate, I'm sure they'll be able to continue hiring enough to keep the operation going for quite some time, but eventually it's going to take a lot of money AND more growth to get enough new hires through the door. That's going to be a tough nut to crack by that time. UAL seems a little late to the game when it comes to staffing its regional feed like AA and DA have done and I would certainly expect more of the same with Kirby there.
