The 7500 for caps was the only way the LOA would be signed and many of us still think it's unacceptable. Unfortunately we have a lot of new young people that don't think about the total pilot group.
Most of those are at psa and envoy.... I'm new here, but not new to the industry. I'm glad the group fought back and was able to include the entire seniority list, not just newbies. You are right, it still is not enough for the ones who have been here for decades and dealt with 10 year upgrades, furloughs and downgrades.
