Once guys hit the 3 year mark they are pretty much set.
We do have some leaving after that point(even captains with 7-10 years in) but once they hit year 3 they become much more likely to stay.
The company has been using where you live as a huge determinant to evaluate your flight risk as well.

Agreed to a certain point. Obviously everyones situation is different. Age, family, where you live, seniority, etc all play a factor. I'm able and giving myself a couple more years before JetBlue will put on the golden handcuffs and keeps me here, but I'm keeping my options open for now.
I think if you live in a JB base, you can have a very nice career, especially if you've been here for quite some time. I am worried about what will happen if we stop taking new airplanes and stop growing, things will start to stagnate. And I'm not going to lie, I am worried about this pilot group and its unity.
