I think if you live in a JB base, you can have a very nice career, especially if you've been here for quite some time. I am worried about what will happen if we stop taking new airplanes and stop growing, things will start to stagnate. And I'm not going to lie, I am worried about this pilot group and its unity.
Regardless of what some of the nay Sayers want you to believe, I think our pilot group is strong. We had the largest yes vote in ALPA history and engagement numbers are very high. All the data pints to fact that our group is not willing to settle for sub par. There are outliers in both groups of juicers and ALPA alike, but the vast majority fall to the grey middle of sanity.

When we get out TA it will speak volumes one way or another.

Fly safe, fly SOP.
