I have an upcoming interview with Skywest. I left the 121 world after my NWA class was cancelled in 08. Delta never called, so I started my own business and now looking at getting back in. I'm a Michigan guy, ORD OR DTW, preferably DTW. What is the chance of holding DTW? Will the flying continue to grow there? Approx how long currently to upgrade in DTW? Is it shorter for us previous 121 guys with plenty of RJ time. Really want to go to place that is fun to go to work at, and has some sort of long term career stability if I decide not move up to a major again. I have a family, two young kids and I would love to return to the airline world, but would like some sort of quality of life.
