If you are one of those that received a check under the PTC up pay deal ( now dead), you might want to check to make sure the PRAP DC plan or Veba got a corresponding contribution. If you have already maxed out your PRAP then the 16% should go to your Veba. Worth checking as it can amount to hundreds$$
