If you are one of those that received a check under the PTC up pay deal ( now dead), you might want to check to make sure the PRAP DC plan or Veba got a corresponding contribution. If you have already maxed out your PRAP then the 16% should go to your Veba. Worth checking as it can amount to hundreds$$
Why would it be missing? The PTC pay up wasn't paid separately. It's figured into your paycheck normally (that is if you emailed the pay desk to for PTC plus up). But the contribution amount comes from the gross pay on your check, with no distinction.
