Just wait for that red eye jungle turn with a new Capt and low time FO getting OJT when the sh1t hits the fan. You have very few diversion choices and now you are basically single pilot.
I understand everyone is new once, but we are starting to get to the lower end of the spectrum as far as experience is concerned and could be headed for a perfect storm scenario.
