If all your friends' have ever done is get a job and collect a paycheck, that's basically the opposite of impressive. Just about everyone is trainable to fly an airplane to a set standard. It's the other stuff that sets a person apart.
They have volunteered, they have run their own businesses, they have attended every job fair DELTA has had etc.. They are genuinely great people. So, like I said, great for the 23yr old but he certainly isnt the only one who can check off multiple boxes. Anyway, it doesnt matter, it is what it is. Good for him.
