He can't, it like talking to google asst., Siri, Alexa, Cortana, you think it knows something but then you realize it's just a computer and it has no brain. Same with the management at this company, they have no common sense, they believe they're doing a good job, but in reality, we're so sick of them that we're walking away or just doing what we have to do to make it work for us.
