You and I both know this isn't about a sick note. It's about pilot pushing and affecting change over an aggregate of 13,000+ individuals by encumbering them when they are ill. This will result in a measurable reduction in sick leave usage, will it not? Would encumbering your ability to use vacation be acceptable?
