I also live near ATL and picked PSA because they have 2 pilot bases within a 5 hour drive of me. For long call reserve, I could hop in the truck and be to either of those places in time. I think PSA has the best QOL unless you can live in base with another regional. I didn't pick an ATL based carrier because I want to upgrade to CA and that isn't likely with the current ATL based regional situations.
