I've heard discussion about PSA's SAP and the flexibility it gives you on building/modifying your schedule. We have it at the airline I fly for now but the reserve grid is so low it won't allow you to drop trips and everyone is flying so much, they can't pick it up. Pretty useless in my experience so far. Even when I offer $$ for someone to take my trip, no takers.

Please help me understand the differences with PSA's system. I've given notice and my last day is at the end of the year so I'd like to wrap up the new gig asap.
