Jet flying is not specifically about stick and rudder, per se. It is about CRM, and energy management. Totally different ballgame than the chop & drop mentality of tprop flying. Every new jet pilot has a learning curve, whether it's in an RJ or an Airbus. I'm not an interviewer by a long shot, but if I was, I would be looking for you to demonstrate your ability to learn, and work as a team member.
