whats the story on bases, I saw a few weeks back there was speculation on closing salisbury and MDT but I wasn't sure if something new had come up regarding that. I'm interviewing in a week or so and envoy as well so i'm trying to weight my options assuming things go well.
Was told the following when I asked during my interview, take it FWIW: all but PHL are going away, Roanoke being the last to close, no timeline given. No word on another base, but "I cannot see" (recruiter's words) everything being out of PHL.
Full disclosure, I have no real-word info on the situation - in the December class. Others on property may laugh at the above... Just passing on what I was told when I asked.
