Look back at your post, you mentioned ethnicity. Those are the current instructors at eastern. One Dutch, the rest are latinos,specifically all venezuelans
If u feel things aren't going well, get involve, become an instructor. Remember, at a startup,nothing will go smooth initially. Or just go to a major. Almost all are hiring.
