Well, regardless of whether MichiganFlyer is an ax murderer (which I would bet he/she is not) or sings in the church choir, there is NEVER an excuse for rescinding an offer in that short of time w/o some sort of explanation. Even something as generic as "we're experiencing a miscalculation in training slots" or "we found something in your background that wasn't to our liking" or whatever is absolutely necessary. I have no idea what the whole story is but there's gotta be a better way to inform people of a change other than - "sorry" w/o explanation.

Not providing even the most basic of reasons is extremely unprofessional.
