Seriously Oooo? S T F Up. The vast majority of pilots routinely give 2 weeks notice before quitting a job. It's industry standard and the right (professional/responsible/courteous, etc.) thing to do.

If a job offer from Frontier now requires that a pilot set aside courtesy and professionalism, then the problem lies not with the pilot, but squarely with Frontier.

I know at least a couple of our union reps monitor this forum. I'd love to hear more about this situation if any of you all have a chance to broach the subject with management. Send me an email, PM, or call me. If nothing else, I'll ask about it the next time one of our chief pilots calls me because he's butt hurt over something I've done or failed to do. Shouldn't be long if past performance is any indicator...
