I would start by checking your pria report. The day you were hired you filled out paperwork. If you indicated you wanted to get a copy you should get one in the mail soon. Look over all of that carefully. Good luck.
Exactly. I would also disclose training fails that do not show up on the PRIA. If you received a W-2, you worked somewhere, even if you "resigned".
