My skeletons are a stop sign ticket that for some reasons comes up as a misdemeanor on my background check as a failure to obey a traffic Controll device, one checkride failure on the dash 8, and I had to resign from republic many years ago because I was just not ready to transition in to that big of jet being a low time steam gage pilot at the time. (Before the 1500hr rule). No Dui or any thing like that. ovisouly I am going to be very open with them about these matters but I am curious how bad are those things going to hurt me in an interview. Do I have a fighting chanch Or am I just fighting a loosing battle. Your advice and insite is greatly appreciated in advance.
They aren't going to hurt you at all. As long as you don't try to hide anything- that's what worries employers more. Almost everyone has received a ticket, or failed a ck ride/training event. It shaped you into the person you are today, and you learned from it as well.
