My skeletons are a stop sign ticket that for some reasons comes up as a misdemeanor on my background check as a failure to obey a traffic Controll device, one checkride failure on the dash 8, and I had to resign from republic many years ago because I was just not ready to transition in to that big of jet being a low time steam gage pilot at the time. (Before the 1500hr rule). No Dui or any thing like that. ovisouly I am going to be very open with them about these matters but I am curious how bad are those things going to hurt me in an interview. Do I have a fighting chanch Or am I just fighting a loosing battle. Your advice and insite is greatly appreciated in advance.
If you get the interview you have the same odds as anyone else. As long as you are completely honest about everything, there shouldn't be an issue. Explain what happened in a factual manner (do not try and point fingers at others) and explain what you learned and how you grew as a result.

Theoretically you shouldn't have an issue, I'm not sure what happened with the job offers being pulled so I can't comment on that.
