Although I do not agree with the $24,000 training contract and some other practices of the hiring process, Frontier will not rescind a job offer unless something shows up that was not disclosed! I would assume standard protocal would be: "we would like to offer you a First Officer position at F9 as long as your background check is ok."
Let me be clear here. You are being interviewed from the time you step on an F9 flight until you are done with the interview and returning home on an F9 flight. Gate Agents, FA's etc. are watching you and if you are arrogant or an ass then guess what, you might not get the job because of your behavior. It is common sense. Mind your P's and Q's and be honest with them.
