FAR 121 requires that a turbojet airplane be able to land in what percent of usable runway at the destination from how high? Alternate requirements are the same as destination requirements for a turbojet.

All I can find or remember is 50 feet above the approach end of the runway, speed is 1.3 times VS, and 67 percent of the runway. Is this the right answer?
