Whoever the next merger/acquisition ends up being...let it go to arbitration. That way everyone can be ****ed off at the arbitrator and not each other.
I would think the next group would be smart enough to let it go to arbitration and not believe the threats that 83% of our group believed when they voted to accept this screw job.
My advice to the next group: Tell SWAPA/SWA to go pound sand and take it straight to arbitration.
