Financial/operational bonus paid out quarterly. I think you need to be here a year to start getting part of the bonus and two for the full bonus. I think lately the FOs have been getting about $1000 a quarter.

Pilot Profit Sharing pays out starting in the first year and pays out twice a year. It's based off the number of hours you work in the six month period it covers and whether you are in the right or left seat. I'm guessing again on the FO amount but maybe $1000 every six months.
