60k to sit reserve for years? No thanks. How long is the upgrade currently? How about that flow? First year FOs make 40k at Skywest with the ability to make more. Upgrade is 2 years and falling. Practically no reserve time at the Midwest bases. 4:12 minimum pay per day. Should I keep going?
