Yes, they are. In nearly 11 years at Eagle/Envoy, these are the worst schedules I've seen in terms of productivity (line value), days off, commutability, cadence, variety (1-2-3-4 day trips), and with the highest TAFB.
It's also been the worst in terms of reserve utilization, having open trips for the next day with zero reserves available, turn backs, ability to drop legs or trips or get PVD's or PO's, and the sheer number of legal and illegal junior man occurrences I have ever seen.
3) flowing 40 per month in January
Check your company e-mail. AAG plainly stated that they wanted 40 per month starting in January. You can plan on it happening.
As ANYONE that has been at Eagle/Envoy through the Letter 3 debacle and the subsequent grievances trying to get the company to comply with the original language will tell you, what the company SAYS and what the company DOES are two entirely different things. Given our current staffing situation, I put zero faith in this prognostication.
