You can't just compare hourly rates. Take a look at the work rules. Minimum daily guarantee, duty guarantee, premium pay, trip rig, holiday pay, etc.. If you don't know what those are and how the other airlines stack up do some research. How does the airline handle block or better. Leg by leg, or some sort of daily guarantee?
Most SkyWest pilots credit significantly more hours than they block every month.
This. You can count on crediting about 33% more than you fly due to work rules. This year, about 25% of my pay comes from hours I didn't fly (DH pay, MDG, trip rigs, etc.

As far as bonus payments. Beyond any sort of new hire payout, there are six a year here. It's an additional several thousand to over $10K a year.
Eh, not for a newhire. You'll see about $1200 in performance rewards. Financial rewards don't kick in til Year 3 I think.
