You couldn't pay me $50-60k a year to deal with the type of schedules Envoy pilots are complaining about in their thread. Anytime someone offers a bonus...ask why?? There's a pilot shortage sure but Skywest hires 80-90 without offering bonuses (besides 121/135/type over 12500lbs exp bonus - $7500) .no bonus goes "you know what, lets give them 20k cos they are great people"
