I'm guessing you're Navy based on speaking a totally different language. Our medical squadron doesn't keep the yellow shot cards anymore. I just went to the county health department and picked up 5 or 6 of the cards (to pass a few to squadron mates) and had our medical folks transcribe my shot record. Pretty sure the yellow card is required.
