I didn't do any interview prep course for my interview and I did just fine. Read the gouges, have your paperwork and logbooks in order and be personable. I had a great time meeting F9 employees while I was there. Every one of them was someone I'd like to spend a 4 day trip with. I know what I'm signing on for. I'm happy to be coming on board.
For those hemming and hawing about the contract.....my advice....worry about the things you can control and don't sweat the stuff you can't. I went through 4 years of contract negotiations at my former regional. It'll make you bitter and resentful if you let it.
