TED74 is correct. I thought we still needed one but in June 2016 the CDC changed its requirements. There are 3 small groups that they recommend get a booster but for the vast majority it's one and done. If anyone wants to get a booster after 10 years, they can expense it.

7. Can my military vaccination record be used?

Yes if you can furnish a military DD Form 2766C. Concentra – Hapeville and Passport Health Atlanta can transcribe a military vaccination record to an International Certificate of Vaccination. An administrative cost will be charged to Flight Operations or Inflight Service.
