I don't know the overall international feed numbers from AK. Many times a international route hinges on the ability to put the last 12 passengers onboard. Management may be concerned that if they lose that feed they lose some international routes. I suspect we do not have the gates to replace the feed at the present time. Perhaps they are preserving that section to allow the use of Horizon. I have however not read that section of our contract so have no idea on legalities.
