Default Canadians with advice.

Like a lot of people, I half completed my training 2007 and im looking to get back into things.

I made the decision to stop training to be there for my young kids.
Now they're a bit older spending 30 years behind a desk isn't looking nice especially reading the current status of hiring.

The prospects for jobs in the Canadian market seems very limited compared to the US.(There's barely any regionals, cargo etc)
Right now Mesa are giving a 30k hiring bonus with what seems very minimal TT

What are the chances of getting hired by a regional or cargo company in the US once I have my requirements?

Ultimately I would like to fly for an American major or perhaps overseas.

Thanks for all your help.
