Any idea how long they were at SKW before moving on or how many hours got them into the majors? I'd be interested in moving on to Delta or United after my time at SkyWest and was hoping in the time frame of 5-6 years after I start in a couple months.
I saw a chart somewhere recently that showed about 40% of new hires at UAL last year were from Skywest and Express Jet. I have a buddy at UAL (been there 18 years) who told me that Skywest is highly regarded there and that he hadn't seen the pie chart I mentioned but that "a lot" of guys hired at UAL were from Skywest.
