I didn't have any mistakes on my app really but he helped me to change a few things to make it more polished and better attempt to sell myself the best way I could with an online app. There were a couple of other boxes I checked at the same time, but I got the hogan invite a couple of months after making the changes. Don't know if this actually helped at all but I know that it can't hurt...
