That's what I took away from the email. From the News Blast "In short, the Company can pre-assign 0400 RAPs, however the daily proffering (and confirming) protocols are controlling. Arbitrator LaRocco made it very clear that if a senior pilot proffers for, and is denied a RAP that a junior pilot receives, this situation should be corrected and made right."
