Well, as you said, the senior pilot would/should get 10 AM as well
if they also proffered for it So the whole list could get 4 AM pre-assigned, and a junior guy could proffer 10 AM. The junior guy would then likely get 10 AM, and the senior folks would still have 4 AM. But if the whole list proffered for the 10 AM, and the junior guy got it but the seniors didn't, the arb was saying THAT would be a problem and would need to be resolved by the senior folks also getting 10 AM. It did NOT say that any time a junior guy gets 10 AM, everyone gets 10 AM -- that'd just be crazy
