I think spinning us off via IPO is different that selling us to RAH.
Also, while the airline has alot of ACA/IDE in it's blood, those days are long gone, in that everyone realizes this airline is to benefit NW. I think everyone realizes NW pulls the strings, but I also think everyone realizes the overall culture at the airline is a carry over from the ACA/IDE days.
