got a question for all you bidding experts.

So I was wondering why there were a bunch of CDO trips in the LAX open time since those trips were in one of the CDO lines that was awarded. So looking around a little I figured out the guy that was awarded the CDO line that had those trips, now only has a few CDOs and he has a bunch of other trips instead.

I'm wondering how he was able to drop the CDOs and pick up other trips, since the email they send out during bidding says, CDO line holders are limited to only swapping CDO trips with other CDO trips.
