November 1 performance numbers for maintenance DC average 6.9%
Endeavor at 4.3%
SkyWest at 4.8%
GoJunk at 6.8%
XJT at 11.7%
Compass 12.2%
So you're saying that nearly 3 times the top number is ok to Delta? They don't see that it's nearly double GoJunk? I get that LAX has some unique issues, but when the CP sends out a letter saying that it was an interesting meeting to say the least, what can't he say that he wants to allude to?
Also the spread in D0 for those same numbers was the top 3 in the 80s and the bottom performer in the mid 60s. One of those with an LAX as a domicile (the number 1), which if it was purely LAX would have been affected downward too.
Plus the other carrier with an LAX base, the competition, is using old clapped out CRJs which should according to another poster be part of our problem for the DL birds, their age. Seems to me it's the MX done on them rather than their age. But you're right nothing has been announced about possibly losing flying. It does however affect our ability to bid for new flying... How much are you going to charge, great, and what is your ability to deliver D0/A14, oh errm we're not so sure about that. Trying to take a realistic view on this as it affects out future at Compass.
