Most junior DEN CA in latest award was a 1/29/07 hire, just under 10 years. Also if we open another west coast base in the next couple of years, DEN upgrade time will go down DRAMATICALLY.
I think a PHL or LGA pilot domicile would lead to us hiring street captains!
I highly doubt this! Some people will always take an upgrade, and we have A TON of east coast commuters that have come on in the last few years, with ZERO desire to live in DEN or the west coast. I think people would bid it.

Not Excusing our pay rates, but No they don't, not EVEN close! First year AWAC pay is $28, no signing bonus, and currently 5 year upgrade
