Exactly. If NAI is employing European pilots who accept Dreamliner wage rates at below "standard 787" wages that is their right to do so if they are based in an Open Skies member country. Last time I checked Ireland was a member country and Ireland is actually defending NAI during these negotiations. I doubt Air Europa in Spain (another LCC) pays its 787 pilots at British Airways or Lufthansa widebody rates.
