13 days off per month (with some minor exceptions). Bid lines are now constructed on a two month cycle. You can take all your days off in one stretch, or break it up. Technically, you still owe the company 18 days every month; how you choose to do it is your business.
Travel days are mostly on your first day on/last day. They may call you and ask, politely, if you could come a day earlier for operational necessity.
On the flip side, a trip may end late on your last day on. They will get you home as soon as possible. You do have a vote in this process, I.e., when and where.
